Suggest Treatment For Inflammation After Vaginal Hysterectomy

Hello.... I dont know if I am being paranoid, I had a vaginal histerectomy about 15 weeks ago....all has gone as normal as can be...I sometime still feel a little pain on the lower tiny cut on my left side, but nothing too alarming...Yesterday I notice some inflamation just below that incision on the left on my groin...it looked like a bad bee sting, but no pain and no colour...today the inflamed area is larger and more swollen...should I be alarmed?
