Suggest Treatment For Ingrown Nail Issues

Dear Doctor, 3 years ago , I had an ingrown nail , with my big toe, at that time the Doctor suggested to extract the whole nail , after the procedure like 6 months , I had a complete deformity with my nail , I went to another Doctor which advised me the same , that I need to remove it due to extrabone under the grown nail , it takes like 1 year to grow again , but at 2/3rd from my nail I had an empty space between the nail and my toe, when I went to the Doctor he extracted again , now almost one year , it s growing but by wrong way the left side of the nail is too thick and right site is too adhesive with the tissues and there is empty space in the middle , it looks like broken , it is giving me hard time and I am feeling ashamed to wear open shoes besides it is swelling and painful when I m wearing closed shoes for long time

For your advise
