Suggest Treatment For Inguinal Hernia Other Than Surgery

i am suffering from hernia for past 3 -4 years and i think it is Inguinal hernia.it is of normal size right now but it pain when i cough some time. i am not in the position to take an surgery right now as i am in middle of my exam . so plz suggest some another alternative regarding this situation

inguinal hernia over a period of 3 to 4 years , causing pain only on coughing and straining is as such not n emergency , specially if it can be reduced back manually by you
of importance here is :-
sudden severe dragging pain, with nausea and vomiting means obstruction and strangulation which needs immediate surgery . as of now you can take analgesics like paracetamol , avoid straining at stools and avoid heavy weight lifting , use a scrotal support
