Suggest Treatment For Injury On Wrist And Fingers After A Fall

I slipped on a small piece of ice going up the cement stairs on my pourch, and one of my hands was inside my jacket pocket so I fell i top of it and hit it. Only took about 10 seconds my hand to start hurting. From my wrist to my pinky finger and my vain pop up more than usual, there s a dark spot by my last knuckle, and it seems as if my vain balled up by my wrist looks like a lump, it s really painful nd wrist seems like it s starting to swell up as well.. Can I do anything or put anything in it besides taking aspirin for the swelling and pain?
