Suggest Treatment For Insomnia

Hello , i am 24 yrs old and i have insomnia problem for the past 7 years... i will not sleep 8 hrs a day.. but once in 3 or 4 days i used to sleep . but mostly i am getting only disturbed sleep... i am married... and i am in bangalore.. previously in chennai.. pl. help me

Details: you are suffering from insomnia.
Change of places can cause insomnia ir altered sleep habits.
I have some tips for you which will help you to sleep better:
Avoid day time naps.
Avood fatty meals, tea coffee alcohol at bed time.
Practice deep breathing and meditation to keep your mibd calm.
Donot do vigorous exercises in evening.
Take a warm water bath and have warm milk at bedtime.
Donot listen to loud music at bedtime.

If this does not help, sleep inducing agents like zolpidem and ativan (prescription drugs) can help.
