Suggest Treatment For Insomnia

22 yrs.50kg, 5'5..female.. severe problem going to sleep kind of insomaniac..stay awake till 5-6am n den get up around 8am n alert whole day with no trace of any sleep. also irritated behaviours nd get frustated so easily, seek solitude, even little things disturb my mind a lot. what could be the probable reasons? and remedies?

Hii
U have sleep onset insomnia
And day time anxiety features
Did u have depressed mood??
Did u have lack of or lost of intrest in acticities
Bcause sometimea to treat insomnia is not sufficient
If u have only sleep problem than go for tab lorazepam 2 mg at bed time
if u have other associate fetures as I said than start escitalopram 10 mg in morning
Here some tips to get good sleep

Set sleep time n fix on it
Regular exercise
Meditation
Avoid alcohol
Avoid tea cofee soft drink before 3 hours of sleep
No day time nap
Cool enviornmnt in bed room
Light music while u sleep
Use bed when u feel sleepy
