Suggest Treatment For Intermittent Tension Headache
I was with an escort on June 22. She started with uncovered oral. I than covered up and tried anal but was to soft. I removed the condom and she did oral to completion. I ve never did anything with an escort prior. I developed a fever on Thursday June 30, which was 103.2 on Friday and Saturday. Fever broke Saturday night and low grade on Sunday. Very slight drainage and slight intermittent pressure headache. Based upon what I have read receiving oral is 0 risk and I was covered for the anal attempt, yet I feel fever is ARS related.
Based on the history you have shared, if by ARS you mean rhinosinusitis, it is possible with high-grade fever and nasal congestion with headaches however possibility of STD or HIV seroconversion though less likely may need to be ruled out.
Meanwhile, OTC analgesics like acetaminophen can be used to control fever spikes and complete blood counts, STD screen etc should be done. If symptoms persist, infectious diseases specialist review may be needed.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
Regards,
Dr Saddiq Ulabidin, General & Family Physician
