Suggest Treatment For Internal Returning Scar Tissue From Surgery

I have returning scare tissues from previous surgeries and it is causing pain, I had a larproscopic endoscopy done a week ago and it is showing the scare tissue attached to my intestines and pushed my uterus way up high. My doctor says it is risky going in there again to remove it what should I do? Wouldn t it just continue to grow , should I remove it including my ovaries?
