Suggest Treatment For Irritation In Vagina And UTI

I went to my Gyno last week. I told him that I thought I had a UTI because for a couple of days it would burn when I went to the bathroom. I had him do a annual check up and he said everything looked great but my skin of my vagina was irritated. So he said it wasn t a UTI. A week has gone by and now my vagina feels raw and burns. Even my anus burns and feels raw. What would cause this and how can I get relief? How can i treat it?

I really appreciate your concern, it may be some skin infection and this can be well managed with local application of "Miconazole, Beclomethasone, Neomycin cream" and everything would be fine soon no need to worry about this, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
