Hello,

There are many medical conditions that can cause itchy blisters on the leg. It can be an allergy, an insect bite or other conditions. To treat the itching, you can use an antihistamine such as Cetirizine 10 mg daily. I also suggest to use a steroid cream for local application such as Calamine lotion.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
