Dear Doctor, I am 24 yr old male and suffering from jock itch (mainly around the groin area - inner thighs). The rashes are red and the skin is peeling off. The infection is spreading. I used Ring guard and itch guard on it but they have aggravated the problem. Now i am using Abzorb powder on the affected area. Please suggest me some good anti fungal shampoo and medication for effective relief. Thanks
