Suggest Treatment For Itching, burning And Swollen Rashes

Rash involving both armpits starting this morning upon waking, 12 hours later this evening starting inguinal area. Itchy, burning, some changes to the skin including thickening/swelling. Rash is extensive in armpit area but the lymph nodes are not swollen. I have not changed anything (deodorant, laundry detergent, perfume, nothing), was not in contact with any foreign substances. 32 years, F, gravida 1 para 1. Have tried Benadryl - no change whatsoever. Hydrocortisone cream - no change whatsoever although the itch subsides for about 15-20 minutes. Did feel somewhat strange last night, mild flu-like symptoms lasting about 2 hours that spontaneously resolved before I went to bed.
