Suggest Treatment For Itchy Bumps On The Wrists

I have small bumps (some white, others like red blotches) on my wrists, the inside of my arms all the way up to the arm pit, even some on the back of my hands and in between my fingers. Very itchy. I tried a ten-day course of antibiotics (erythromycin) and loratidine. No helpful effect.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, if it is not he infection then antibiotic will not work here, the most important is underlying cause if it is the allergic condition then Loratadine is the best drug, as matter of fact skin condition always demands the clinical examination so better to see the dermatologist and hope this information helps.
I find this answer helpful
