Suggest Treatment For Itchy Lump Under Skin On Breast

I have had a pea sized knot/bump under my skin/ left breast/cleavage for several months now. No discharge. Recently slightly itchy around that specific area. Not visible but felt immediately. Was ignoring it but it is not going away/ feels like it is attached to inside if my skin but floating!! Any advise please :) I am 41, 3 kids. Baby 11 months old. Breast fed both older children now aged 5 & 7. Did not breast feed 3rd baby.

Hi,
From history it seems that there might be having Sebaceous cyst producing lump and itching.
Wait and watch for increasing size or developing pain.
It is advisable to consult your doctor for clinical examination.
