Suggest Treatment For Itchy Welts On The Ankles, Forearms And Shoulders

Hi! I started with a few itchy welts 3-4 days ago, now they are spreading and blistering. On my ankles and forearms to start now on shoulders and neck and buttocks, on tops/between toes, and on my right middle knuckle of middle finger! . Very burning itchy pain. Blisters are getting bigger, dime-sized now. area of redness and swelling hot 3-4 cm around blisters....bed bugs?

* Working tips for the same are

- Keep the areas clean with antiseptic liquid, dry.
