Endocrinologist 's  Response
Hi,
Welcome to HCM. I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.

You are having sub-clinical hypothyroidism for which treatment is not always needed. In my practice I start treatment when TSH is more than 10 or when TSH is more than 5 with high cholesterol, goiter, pregnancy or elevated thyroid antibodies.

Hope I have answered your query. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help
With warm regards,
Dr Ajish TP (MD,DM)
Consultant Endocrinologist.
