Is There Any Treatment Using X-ray For Joint Pains?
Hi Doctor, is there any treatment using X-ray for joint pains? one of my relative had this type of treatment in Bangalore for 21 days, and joint pains got cured. But he didn t know the exact name of the treatment. please can you suggest on this. Thank you.
X-ray is very high frequency ionising radiation which is given if more in amount or intensity, then its lethal can cause damage to tissue. X-ray is a diagnostic modality to check any problems related to bone or some time tissue by shadow. It's not treatment modality. I think it's miscommunication for that. They might talk about some another therapy like, IRR or UVR etc.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
