General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi there!
Your physician is here to help you. I have vast experince extending to years long period, treating such patients. I have carefully gone through your case and in my expert opinion joint pains and wrist weekness is natural disease process in woman near menopause( I dont know your age). Also it may be Arthritis (RA, Autoimmune, mineral & electrolyte disturbance etc)
You need to take Calcium+Vit. C tablets 1 daily and multivitamin 1 daily for 3 months. Take plenty of fluids and fresh fruits. Take high fiber diet. Use pure milk regularly. Do mild exercise daily in rountine. And dont worry. Things will settle down.
Your physician can make diagnosis on basis of physical examination and labs. So please consult a physician if the above treatment doesn't work.
I dont think so ur painful bladder syndrome is related to wrist issues. Get your fasting lipid profile and Thyroid function tests done too when you visit healthcare provider.
Hope it helps you. If yes click Helped/helpful.
