Suggest Treatment For Juvenile Arthritis In Knees
I have juvenile arthritis in my knees, and a few weeks ago I went to the hospital to "get it fixed" for the fifth time. But it didn't work, and the pain in my knees has gotten worse and worse. I take pills for my arthritis along with pain medication, but it doesn't work. I can't walk, stand up from a chair or bend my legs. The pain goes from my knees and up my thighs. The doctors says that there is no swelling, and only small signs of action in my knees, so why does it hurt so bad?

sometimes there may not be much swelling, however there may be enthesitis, also there somethimes may be mild fluid in the knee which may not be visible on exam.
If this is because of your disease activity, you need to probably escalate your medication.
one dose may not be good enough for everyone, it may need to be adjusted according to your disease
