my dad is a diabetic and his kidneys have been affected. as his cretin level is a bit high the doctors here feel that he should go for dialysis or transplant. is there any way we can save the kidneys? should he visit a kidney specialist for a second opinion
IT depends on whether he has a reversible condition or not. it is better to have a second opinion before going in for dialysis, unless you are getting treatment from your family doctor
