hi i got 3 different types of infection klebsiella pneumoniae, morganella morganii and escherichia coli growth in semen culture test. Every time different infection. now again in report klebsiella pneumoniae came in semen culture test.Please help me i am very much worried...

As there is culture report of Klebsiella pneumoniae, the sensitivity to concerned antibiotics must be written in the report as most sensitive, intermediate sensitive and insensitive molecules. However, in my clinic, I do recommend an intravenous course of Imipenem or Meropenem, provided kidney function is well preserved taking care of hydration level.
