My name is Nnaemeka. am 40yrs old, male. In December 2008 i sprained my leg at the knee while coming down from a ship at my work place. the knee got swollen for over six months i was been giveing various treatements at the hospital. including removal of fluid from the swollen knee through sligt surgery.
towards the end of 2009 i noticed that the other knee have started paining me also. because of the pains on my knee i am no longer able to do my daily exercises and my weight have increased from about 85kg to 110kg now.
today i am always on one pain reliver or another. i asked the doctor yesterday if their no cure for this constant pain on my knee.
he told me it is artritis and at i wold be depending on drugs for releive.
I am tired of taken drugs what can i do.
