55y/o female.66in-245lbs. Tkr 06, revised/ synovectomy09, continued pain/instability. Arthroscopy may'11revealed buildup of synovial tissue which was removed. Increasing pain and "buckling". Bone scan showed possibility of loosening of tibial component. All pain is in leg below knee. Replacement proposed. Hx od dm,htn
