Hi,

I have the L5 Sacralization, due to which i have severe pain ONLY in the right knee and toe while sitting or standing.

Not able to concentrate on any work as all my attention is diverted towards the pain. Please advise any solutions or medicines if any.

Neurologist 's  Response
Hello!

Welcome on Healthcaremagic!

I recommend performing a nerve conduction study to examine your nerves and discuss any possible surgical decompression with a neurosurgeon.
Meanwhile, I recommend taking pregabaline or gabapentine for the pain.

Hope you will find this answer helpful!
Kind regards, Dr. Aida
