Suggest Treatment For Labral Tear In Both Hips

I have labral tearn in both hips from playing soccer. Had orthscopic surgery on my R hip approx 10 mon ago . found to have more catilage damage that needed debridement and CAM deformity requiring shaving of my femoral head. I which I did not have it done. I still cant put full weight on my R hip and because of that My L hip has gotten worse. you have any non op treatment for my Left hip and what do advise for my R.

Labrum is a cartilage and cartilage does not repair on its own. Insertion of artificial cartilage can help to resolve the problem. I suggest you to consult your orthopedist for clinical assessment, relevant investigations and thus management.
