Suggest Treatment For Lack Of Urination In Spite Of Sufficient Fluid Intake

i havent urinated since 5:30am and i have drank 4 bottles of water and 4 small bottles of gatorade since 10am i went to the er friday night and the doctor told me i was dehydrated and urine didnt show signs of infection but when i got discharged my nurse said my urine was full of bacteria do i need to go back to a different hospital emergency room

bacteria in urine are not visible to the naked eye.If you doubt the same you can get your URINE ROUTINE TEST in any authorised lab.Regarding lack of urination inspite of fluid intake can have many reasons like prostrate hypertrophy in males,stone in the urinary tract are common.dehydration also will lead to lack of urination. if infection is there in the urine you will experience burning pain which you didnt mention.
