I have a history of Crohn's disease. They had to remove the area that absorbs iron/b12. I used compensate with b12 shots once a week. Doc took blood tests and said it wasn't necessary to take the shot anymore. (That was years ago) Recently I've been tired and sluggish. I woke up this morning with a very large purple bruise on my upper arm (It covers 75% of it!). Very dark, very purple. There is another one on my left leg. These happened activin my sleep. I sleep alone and don't have dreams where I'm physically moving while dreaming. My Doc referred to an oncologist. What to you think is going on?
