Suggest Treatment For Left Sided Pelvic Pain With Stomach Pain And Bloating
Hi, I have left sided pelvic pain. Gynaecological problems have been ruled out following investigation. I m taking 5 different pain killers but I still can t function because of the pain. Pain score between 8 to 10. Stomach feels sore and bloated. Exercise aggregates the pain. Very low energy and physically weak. Often get woosey too.
Hi. It is good that the gynecological problems have been ruled out. If 5 different pain-killers not helping means there is something which needs to be investigated. It is possible that there is a problem in the large bowel such as obstruction, or less blood supply to that particular area. The list is a long . To cut this short, you need some investigations like : routine blood , urine and stool tests, standing position X_ray of abdomen during the attach, Contrast enhanced CT scan of the abdomen. May a lower GI endoscopy ( colonoscopy). A proper diagnosis can help to outline the proper treatment.
