Suggest Treatment For Leg Cramps And Neck Pain With Diabetes

HELLO i AM ADIABETIC PATIENT TAKING ORAL HYPOGLYCEMIC DRUGS , MY HBAIC IS HIGH RANGING FROM 7.8-9.0, I OFTEN SUFFER FROM LEG PAIN/CRAMPS , & RECENTLY BEING HAVING SEVERE NECK PAIN, REQUIRING NSAIDS, GIVING MOMENTORY RELIEF. I am taking b12 tablets regularly. I was advised that neurobion tablet/injection may benefit me. If so how much to take & for how long

Hi Sir, I had gone through your query and understood your concerns.

Dear sir your sugar levels from HbA1c indicate higher levels. That level of sugars in blood will have all the symptoms you are mentioning.

First try to meet your treating doctor and under his guidance please increase the dosage of hypoglycemic drugs. Once the sugar levels are under control the symptoms subsides.

Neurobion should be taken 1 injection every fifteen days for about 3 months would help you. First thing to be done is controlling sugar levels.

Check Hb% in the blood. If less please take iron and folic acid supplements for improvement.
