Suggest Treatment For Leg Pain Due To S1 Nerve Root Compression

I have l5-S1 bulging disc problem with pain in right leg for the last two years. The MRI Report says "Diffuse disc bulge with medium sized right paracentral disc heniation at L5-S1 level causing mild thecal sac and moderate S1 nerve root compression". Please advise me as I am very much disturbed with this pain. I have undergone treatment of physiotherapy, medication etc but no relief.
