Suggest Treatment For Lethargy And Swollen Ankles
I had a positive ANA titer, feel very tired without energy. swollen ankles & feet. B/P good. Hair thinning. Vitiligo spreading rapidly. Lupus butterfly raised rash 7 years ago. I go to NP today and Joey B. tells me lab work shows good ANA, I am still teaching and trying to figure out what is going on with me.

In my opinion, we should definitely rule out heart and kidney related diseases. Lupus is connective tissue disease. It is systemic disease.
It can affect almost all organs especially heart and kidney. And both of them cause lethargy and swollen ankles.
So get done ecg, 2d echo and stress test for heart diseases. Get done kidney function test for kidney related diseases.
