Suggest Treatment For Leucorrhoea And Painful Intercourse
Hello, doctor I M 20 yrs newly married girl n I M suffering frm licoria...I hv sexual relationship wid my boyfriend n I hv taken contraceptive pills many times to avoid pregnancy... Nw I am suffering frm white discharge Of excessive flow wht should I do....I hv also problem in intercourse it s z very painful..
Since you had relationship with your Bf & now you are having leucorrhea, you can take a course of anti-fungals & metronidazole. Take care of your hygiene, take food rich in protein, calcium & iron. Since you had partners outside marriage the infection can be sexually transmitted. Get STD tests done at the earliest. Get treated at the earliest. You may need antibiotics & antivirals.
To have a better sex without dyspareunia use lubricants, go slow & get foreplay done. Before sex take a warm bath & keep your bladder empty. Take pain killers before having sex. Communicate to your partner about the pain you experience. Avoid rough sex. You are suggested to get clinically assessed by a gynecology. Get pelvic examination & USG done. You will be treated accordingly with either medicines or surgery.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Nupur K, General & Family Physician
