Suggest Treatment For Lichen Amyloidosis

I was just diagnosed with Lichen Amyloidosis and have read that although the underlying cause of the condition is unknown, it has been linked to multiple issues such as type II diabetes, thyroid tumors, problems with the endocrine system, etc. I am thinking of visiting my PCP to ask for screenings to make sure nothing else is wrong, but I'm not sure what do look for. I have been experiencing some constant fatigue in the past couple of years, after the skin problems first presented. I recently had a wellness screening through my work, and my blood sugar levels, cholesterol and bp were all normal. Any suggestions, or am I being totally paranoid?
