Suggest Treatment For Lightheadedness When Diagnosed With Degenerative Disc Disease

Hi I am asking for a friend.First he hashe has degenerative disc diaese. Two are gone and o e one it way.He get light headed constantly and passes out.He states it because of pain.Hedoes go to pain management, Which his doctor stated he couldn t do anything for him, but sends him to pain management .Which makes dizzy spells worse.He can t even drive now.I am just a concerned friend .He has no income coming in cause the facr he can not work.
