Suggest Treatment For Locking Up Of Hip And Constant Groin Pain

I recently got a MRI w/Contrast on my Left Hip. The results show a small dysplastic cortical bump at the anterior femoral head-neck junction. There is some partial thinning of the more superior femoral head articular cartilage. There is some superficial irregularity and fraying of the anterior/superior labrum. There is abnormal thickening of the posterior labrum which contains illdefined increased signal intensity. A small focus of signal is seen at the junction between posterior labrum and posterior acetabular articular cartilage. This may represent a small focus of deep laminar tearing of the labrum. There is some additional ill-defined signal in the posterior labrum suggesting intrasubstance degeneration. I was born with hip dysplasia. I fell four years ago, hard on my left hip. I have had considerable pain and neuropathy throughout my hip and to my knee since then. My entire "bone path" is extremely painful, my hip locks up, constant groin pain and a myriad of other pain issues. How serious is this?
