Suggest Treatment For Loose Motions And Stomach Infection

Hi Doctor, My son is 2 yrs 4 month old. he is very prone with stomach infections as he is always putting his finger inside of the mouth. since last 2-3 days he is going through loose motion and vomit. Also suddently his teeth gets gray in color. visited doctor and he suggested to take lanzol ( oral- water soluble) medicine. is it okay for kid. Second question about MCV vaccination: Plz suggest if MCV vaccination is really useful or not as it is very costly and heard that it is for limited period. rest all mandatory vaccination as per WHO are already given.

As per your history, it may be due to stomach infection.

For that you can take tablet loperamide and electral sachet.

Along with that kindly do complete hemogram, stool analysis, ultrasound abdomen after consultation.

You may require antibiotics after consultation. Keep your self hydrated. Maintain proper hygiene.
