Suggest Treatment For Low Blood Sugar Levels And Clogged Ears

I m 22 with good health. My mother has heart problems, low blood sugar & not the best health. I ve seen & had to help her many times when her blood sugar drops & she can t function. Last night it happened so suddenly. I was making a snack & everything went blurry, my ears got clogged & I felt so dizzy. I sat down for a minute & thought I was okay, then it came right back twice as bad & I lost total control of my body & almost seemed like a mini seizure. I was aware, kinda. Scared, confused. What happened?
