Suggest Treatment For Low Heart Rate, High BP And Lightheadedness
Hi, I have low heart rate, high blood pressure and light-headedness. I HAD chest pains, but they mostly stopped and the light-headedness has increased. All of the cardiac test are fine. Graves disease has been in remission for about 3 yrs. My TSH is now normal but my T3 and T4 are low. I think it s my thyroid, but the dr has had me on a heart monitor for almost a month. I m frustrated.
I think you should get tested for diabetes doing fasting glucose levels and HbA1c and postprandial glucose levels. Diabetes may be a cause of lightheadedness episodes that you are having. Also, follow heart monitoring.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
Regards,
Dr Olgeta Xhufka, General & Family Physician
