Suggest Treatment For Low Production Of Breast Milk

Hi my baby is 4 months now. I am giving him combination of formula and breast milk. But i want to give him only breast milk. I was in canada while my baby born and my doctor didn t prescribe me any medicine to increase milk. Now i am in india and I want to feed him breast milk only. Can you please give me any suggestion to increase my breast milk and how can i go only on breast milk?

hi mam,i appreciate your will to feed baby only breast milk which is highly recommended till 6 months.first let me tell you some home remedies that effectively worked for most of my patients.try having these :
1)garlic
2)fenugreek(methi)
3)cumin seeds.
4)shatavari kalp.
now i shall yell about an ayurvedic medicine which i prescribe to my patients.it increases breast milk without any side effects.lactare capsules can be taken thrice daily.also please take adequate diet rich in all vitamins,proteins and calcium.drink 2 glasses or half lit milk/day.hope my explanation is clear enough.any further queries,please let me know.i,m always there to address your concerns.take very good care of yourself and your baby.thank you.bye.
