History of several RF meaning radio-frequency session for facet joints of bilateral lumbar and thoracic region could have caused the trauma to the nerves supplying the pelvic area. I would advise you the following: Get a fresh MRI of the thoracic and lumbar spine to see the compression on the cord or any other problem related to the spine. CT scan of the abdomen and colonoscopy to rule out or confirm any abdominal pathology. Further treatment will depend upon the findings of these reports and obviously a clinical diagnosis done on physical examination.
