Suggest Treatment For Lower Back And Side Pain And Blood In Urine

I am a 34 year old woman. I went to the doctor and she did 2 urinalysis and they both came back with microscopic blood. I am having lower back and side pain. It feels like something is on my back/side. I am doing a renal ultrasound next week. What could this be?
