As your history suggests it is clearly the pain of sciatica which is radiating down to thigh and leg. Treatment depends on underlying cause and severity of nerve injury. But first of all you have to go for CT scan or MRI to confirm the diagnosis. Strict bed rest is advisable. Tab Ultracet-TH or tab Osteonac-TH twice daily after meals for pain relief. Low back conditioning and stretching exercises also help in recovery from sciatica. If pain persists even after 6 weeks of conservative management than you have to consult an expert and go for surgical treatment to get relief from sciatica.
