Suggest Treatment For Lower Back Pain

Hi,

I am having some pain in my lower back from past 1 week and past 2 months i am having pain through out my 2 hands which starts from shoulders. Previousy I was diagnosed with early stage of cervical spondylytis. Please help what is the problem I am having and suggests some treatments

This disease is treated by anti inflammatory non steroidal medicines such as Meloxicam.
