General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

If you are my patient, I would examine first, and ask for an ultrasound breast done with the axillary region (for lymph nodal enlargement). It will characterize the lesion, and adjacent structure involvement, FNAC if necessary (fine needle aspiration cytology). So as scheduled see your doctor, and get the needful investigations and treatment done.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ganesh
