General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

Breast lumps usually result from breast cysts.
If you find a breast lump that feels round, smooth and firm, it could be a cyst which is a dilated milk duct filled with fluid.
A breast cyst can be large or small, and the surrounding breast tissue may be tender.
An ultrasound of the breast is needed to confirm the diagnosis.
It is benign and donte require treatment.

Hope my answer was helpful.

If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.

Kind regards!
