Suggest Treatment For Lump Under The Chin Ad Swollen Gland
Hi Doctor, About a half hour ago I noticed a lump under my chin..seems like a swollen gland. Will a warm press help the condition and should I be concerned at this time or just continue to monitor it. I have not had any infections on my face or within my mouth/teeth.

Swelling below chin area commonly occur due to enlargement of salivary gland.
So if you have swelling in that area then consult a doctor to rule out that swelling is due to infection or other etiology.
Commonly swelling occurs due to infection. Treatment with warm press may relieve the pain, but swelling can not relieved due to it.
So my advice is consult a doctor to rule out cause. Until that time take a warm press.
