General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,
These problems can have many different causes. Breast lumps and soreness can be caused by inflammation, fibrous tissue and infection. Limit caffeine and alcohol and see your doctor for evaluation to make sure the lumps are nothing serious. Irregular periods can be caused by stress, hormonal changes or thyroid disorders. Again it is best to see your doctor for exam and testing.
Regards,
Dr. Robinson
