Im having somewhat blurred vision and feeling very off and a little dizzy. My head feels tight and around my eye is getting numb. I have been having frequent and severe anxiety attacks for the past 3 days and every once in awhile strange smells in my nose. I feel tired all the time, cant fall asleep or stay asleep but cant wake up in the morning. I cant focus and have terrible memory loss and jumbled thoughts and sentences. This started 3 years ago with the cofusion, fatigue and memory loss and has gotten worse recently with attacks and dizzy spells and worsening vision. What could be wrong with me? What should I do? People I work with have the flu and labrynthitis runs in my family if this helps. Also, I experienced the first severe attack immediately after taking dayquil. havent taken since but symptoms continued on
