Hi, my grandma is 72 years old. Recently doctors has diagnosed her with meningioma after she had a small accident at her house. She fell and her left arm and leg are paralysed. Is there any surgery or treatment options for her at this age. Please suggest.
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
Surgery is the only option to remove meningioma. Till then for symptoms, you can take conservative therapy like Ecosprin, Anti epileptics, NSAIDs, etcetera.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
