General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

* As per my clinical experience, the mesh displacement is rare but devastating complication of inguinal hernia surgery repair ( most likely laparoscopic approach ).

* The precise diagnosis with CT scan of the pelvis and inguinoscrotal region is mandatory.

* In most of the cases, where doppler ultrasound is not showing enough or compromised blood supply to testicle, open surgery with Orchidectomy and revision mesh surgery is mandatory and curative.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel
